The Thanksgiving buzz killers get an early start this year. Wonder how many of us are confused about the fact that we love us some turkey, yo?
Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and many Americans are already feeling more frazzled than festive. Much of this holiday stress comes from trying to create the perfect meal. As a dietitian, I want to point out that what you put on the menu actually influences your mood and could help relieve tension.
A summer Odyssey

For the remainder of the summer, the Banner-Herald's editorial page will feature the work and insights of staff members at Odyssey Newsmagazine, Clarke Central High School's consistently major-award-winning monthly exploration of issues at the school and in the community. Also in the mix will be Odyssey alum and 2009 Clarke Central graduate Bryan Barks, whose wit and wisdom have graced these pages in recent months.
In the days and weeks ahead, you'll be hearing from Odyssey staff members Lauren Pruitt, Tyler Elrod, Kinsey Clark, Alex Morris, Lexi Deagen, Tori Bambo and, quite possibly some other Odyssey voices.
